Creative Floral Designs did stunning work for our wedding in May - we are still getting compliments on the flowers two months later! Super easy to work with, and appreciated the team providing their ideas and guidance. We could not have asked for a better experience and outcome, they really brought our garden wedding to life. If you are thinking about working or ordering from Creative Floral Designs, you absolutely should!

I’m not the sort that usually leaves Reviews, but I must say that the “above and beyond” that CFD offered me in order to make good on something (that was not even their fault!) I felt warranted my time to do so. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife on Valentines through one of those third-party (You know the ones!) Flower Companies. After I made my selection, they offered a larger, fuller bouquet for an up-charge, which I did. Now, I know these Online Companies do not physically handle any of the flowers themselves, but rather contract out the work, I did not know just how much they take advantage of the florists who are the ones who are in charge of the arrangement and delivery. When my wife’s bouquet showed, she was happy judge for receiving flowers for Valentines. But I was underwhelmed with what I paid for, what I was expecting and what was received. Not to say that the arrangement was bad, just less than unexpected, less than I paid for, just less than. The local florist-Creative Floral Designs, had a card attached so I decided to send an email to them, expressing my unhappiness. Received this bouquet this morning which immediately shed everywhere because most of the flowers are dead. My elderly parents ordered these through an online site who rerouted them to Creative Floral. Despite them paying $71 through the site, Creative Floral told me "We only get paid $50 and need to subtract a $15 delivery fee." Fine. THIS is $35 worth of flowers? It's probably about $3 worth of wholesale flowers and the flowers are wilted and dying. Absolutely shameful. Do not recommend.

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday (10/01) and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The arrangement that arrived was not what he selected or paid for—he chose a larger bundle with a specific vase, but what I received was smaller, in a different vase, and already looked old and damaged. The flowers came with dirty water, many petals fell off the same day, and within two days several stems had already died. I had to cut them down just to make them look somewhat presentable. For an order that cost about $70, only $20 was refunded, which doesn’t reflect the poor quality or the fact that the order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. I’ve attached photos showing the bouquet he ordered, what was delivered, and the condition just two days later. Very disappointing experience.

UPDATE 5/15/25- Donna, the owner of Creative Floral Designs reached out to me and offered to provide a suitable replacement consistent with what I expected my sister to receive. I want to add that she was apologetic and sincere in her efforts to provide a better customer experience. My sister informed me today that she in fact received a fresh, fragrant, and beautiful arrangement. Yay!!! This is what we’re hoping for when we spend money to brighten someone’s day! Mission accomplished! I am appreciative that Donna worked to improve the situation and am happy to update the review to 5 stars due to her personal accountability and a sense of business integrity. Thank you! See the replacement arrangement ** Beware! This goes beyond “bait and switch” I purchased a floral arrangement for Mother’s Day, one for my sister. Her arrangement cost over $70 and was nothing like the website picture- see first picture. Not only did it not have the flowers advertised, she received only six flowers in a vase that was not even remotely close. I understand that sometimes arrangements cannot be fulfilled exactly as advertised, but this is ridiculous and no one made an attempt to reach out to me. Pu
